TOS : Terms of Service

Failure to comply to these terms will result in a refusal of service or, if excessive inappropriate behaviour is exhibited, a blacklist.

Blacklisted users will not have access to my designs, art, or continual contact. Those who contact me only to relay information from blacklisted users will be blacklisted as well.

Commission TOS

• I only take PayPal & Canadian etransfer (prices will be converted into CAD).
• Payment comes first.
• I reserve the right to reject a commission if I feel uncomfortable.
• Commission turnaround time varies from a few days to a few weeks. Consistent communication will be provided.
• I will send you a rough sketch before lining and colouring for approval.
• If I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• You cannot request a refund once I have begun your commission.
• I will only modify the final artwork if i’ve made a mistake; changes are to be requested during the sketching stage.
• Any requests to tweak the final commission will have additional charges depending on complexity.
• My art is mainly for personal use. If commercial use is requested, I will charge additional fees and/or rates.
• I reserve the right to share any commission to expand my portfolio; if you wish that the artwork remain private, additional confidentiality fees will be applied.
• Any personal information exchanged is expected to remain confidential.

Design TOS

• Do not resell my design at an inflated cost without additional value added to the character.
• Redesigns are permitted so long as they remain in the same toyhouse profile as the original design.
• Redesigns should enhance existing design features instead of creating new fraudulent designs motivated by theft.
• Theft and arrogation of my designs is prohibited and will result in a blacklist and legal action if stolen designs are intended for commercial use.
